A Brief Introduction to our Hellenic Menu
	When you dine on Greek Cuisine, you’ll eat some of the finest culinary creations in the world. We humbly believe that our chefs have provided the best of the best for you to sample at out Fest. “Experience the true spirit of Zorba”…dare to enjoy a little of everything and savor the feast! You’ll be glad you did!
For your dining experience the FEST features a complete GREEK DINNER BOOTH. Chose from sumptuous slices of Lamb or Roast Chicken served with Rice, Greek Salad, Feta Cheese, Greek Olives and Bread – It’s all absolutely “Dee-lish”! If an a la carte menu is more your style, visit our fabulous FOOD COURT for an incredible variety of sumptuous Greek dishes. You’ll find a tremendous presentation of tasty traditional Greek fare like Pastitsio, Moussaka, Dolmathes, Mini-Kebobs, Greek Salad Tiropitas, Spanikopita and Briami – a delicious Greek vegetable stew. For additional Greek fare, grab a tasty GYRO, or head to the TAVERNA for appetizers, calamari, loukaniko & saganaki (flaming cheese) or try out our new GREEK SPORTS BAR featuring mouth-watering Mini Lamb Chops, loukaniko sandwiches and Feta Fries!

To quench your thirst, you will always find an extensive selection of beverages. Water and Soft Drinks are available at several locations, or taste tangy ice-cold lemonade in our LEMONADA booth. For a refreshing change of pace, stop by CAFFE D’AMORE for a smoothie or cappuccino, and after dinner be sure to experience the robust taste of our Greek Coffee & Frappe. Sample a variety of Greek wines in the WINE TASTING BOOTH, sip a cold Margarita at MARGARITAVILLE, enjoy a cold brew in the main BEER GARDEN, and relish the flavors or Retsina, Ouzo and Metaxa in either the TAVERNA or the GREEK SPORTS BAR – all great places to just hang out and enjoy the festivities. We’ve got it all – so be adventurous!

Above all, remember dessert! No trip to the FEST is complete without a visit to the PASTRY area for a tempting selection of sweets, including our world famous LOUKOMATHES! And to accompany your sweets, make sure to sample a steaming hot cup of traditional GREEK COFFEE. Pastry to-go packs are available, and you will definitely want to take lots home to remember your day at the L.A. GREEK FEST!

	DOLMATHES Grape leaves stuffed with rice, meat and spices		TIROPITES Ultra thin filo filled with a delicate blend of cheeses
	GYROS A seasoned beef and lamb combination served on hot pita bread with onion, tomato and a unique cucumber sauce		CALAMARI Deep golden brown squid tenders
